  • Steeping Times:
    1. First infusion: 50 seconds to 1 minute
    2. Second infusion: 2 minutes
    3. Third infusion: 3 minutes

Gongfu Brewing

  • Temperature: 96°C
  • Tea-to-Water Ratio: 5g per 100ml
  • Steeping Process:
    1. First Infusion: Brew for 10 seconds.
    2. Subsequent Infusions: Add 5–10 seconds for each additional steeping.
