Important Information Our shipping originates from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, meaning orders sent to countries outside of the European Union are classified as international. The customer will bear any customs or import duties incurred.


Shipping Rates

Our standard service in the Netherlands is POST NL and UPS / DPD in Europe and the rest of the world.


Orders above € 55 will be shipped for free, under € 55 will be charged a flat rate of €6.50. Local pickup service is available and it is ready inside 24 hrs. 


European Union:

Orders above € 85 will be shipped for free, under €85 will be charged a flat rate of €13.50*

*Orders to Greece, Cyprus and Scandinavia (SE,NO, DK, FI) will be charged a flat rate of €25 and free of charge for the orders above 150.

*Orders to Cyprus will be charged a flat rate of €40 and free of charge for the orders above 190.

*Orders to Germany and Belgium will be charged a flat rate of €8.50 and free of charge for the orders above €85.


The rest of the world:

Orders above €235 will be shipped for free, under €195 will be charged a flat rate of €49.**

**For the long-distance and bulky orders ​to USA, Canada, Israel, Middle East and Australia we will charge €50 for the orders under 290, and free shipping for the orders above 290.


How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Shipping times

Kindly be aware that the shipping durations displayed at checkout do not account for order processing time. The indicated time reflects how long your order will take to arrive once it has been transferred to the selected shipping carrier.

We will process your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 working days, but this period may extend during peak times like holiday seasons.

Usually, parcels within the EU will arrive at your door in 2-3 working days after being processed.

For the rest of the world, the parcel will arrive at your door in 3-7 working days after being processed. 

Lost Orders

If you suspect your package has been lost by the carrier (and the status is not "delivered"), we ask that you initiate a claim no earlier than 7 days following the most recent tracking update for the Netherlands , and after 20 days for international shipments.



Stolen Orders

Should your package be marked as "delivered" but hasn't been received, it is deemed stolen. In such cases, please submit a claim between 5 days after the supposed delivery date and within a 30-day window.


Returned Shipments

In instances where an order is returned to us in undamaged condition, we're pleased to offer a reshipment of the items at only the shipping cost.


Damaged Orders

For orders received in damaged condition, claims must be lodged within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure your claim includes clear photos of the damage.


Initiating a Claim

To start a claim please send us order number, and relevant photographs as requested in the email.


Accuracy of Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. If an accurate address is provided but the package is delivered to the wrong location, it will be treated as stolen and covered by shipping insurance. Incorrectly provided addresses by the customer fall outside our coverage.

Should you need to modify your shipping address before your item has shipped, please email with your order number, the initial address, and the updated address details. While we can't guarantee changes can be made in time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Within 14 days of receiving your package, you have the option to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with the products. Please ensure that the products remain unopened.

We will furnish you with a return label to facilitate the return process. Kindly use this label to send the order back.

When the conditions mentioned above are met, Moychay will reimburse the full purchase amount for the returned products within 5 days of receiving the returned items. In the event that only a portion of the products is returned, the refund will be limited to that specific portion.



On our site, you can pay safely with IDeal, Paypal and various Creditcards (Visa and MasterCard). We will pay the transaction costs from PayPal and creditcard payments for you.

Directly after your payment is confirmed, we will safely pack your teas and/or tea-ware and ship it to you as soon as possible!
