Red Oolong, crafted from Taiwan’s Jin Xuan tea cultivar, is a modern tea innovation with a distinctive charm. The intricate production process includes sun-withering, indoor withering, heavy shaking, heap fermentation, fixation, rolling, and drying. This process ensures the tea’s signature flavor and aroma, blending oolong’s elegance with black tea’s robustness.
