Pu-erh White Tea

Pu-erh White Tea is produced from the Yunnan Da Ye Zhong tea variety, grown in Dazhai Village, Simao District, Yunnan Province, at an altitude of 1470 meters. The tea leaves are hand-picked annually from March 20 to May 30, ensuring their freshness and quality. Its simple yet effective production process—plucking, withering, and sun-drying—retains the tea’s natural properties and delicate flavor profile.

The infusion produces a striking golden-orange hue with a rich, full-bodied texture. The flavor is sweet and refreshing, with a soft, floral aroma reminiscent of Fuding Silver Needle. Notably, Pu-erh White Tea is highly resistant to bitterness, offering a smooth and refined experience over multiple infusions. Its mellow profile becomes increasingly soft and nuanced with each steep.

This tea can be prepared either hot or cold:

• Cold Brew: Steep in cold water for 8–12 hours to achieve a cooling, crisp flavor with enhanced freshness.

• Hot Brew: Steep in 90-95°C water for 3–5 minutes to bring out its gentle sweetness and soothing aroma. For gong-fu brewing use traditional gaiwan method - 6-8g of tea, up to 10 short infusions for 4-7 seconds.

Pu-erh White Tea is rich in polyphenols, amino acids, and flavonoids, offering health benefits such as reducing heat, soothing the eyes, and promoting antioxidant activity. Its high vitamin A content supports vision and is particularly beneficial for those experiencing eye strain or fatigue.
