“Thai Gaba Oolong” is a product from tea farmers from Wawi village, Changrai district (850 m altitude).
Visual appreciation
In appearance: red-brown, twisted tea shoots with thin cuttings. The aroma is intensive, fruity-and-berry. The infusion is transparent, with an amber shade.
Tea drinking expereince
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, fruity and berry with woody and spicy notes. The aroma is intense, warm, fruity. The taste is dense, oily, sweetish, with a slight grassy bitterness, sourness of fruit caramel and a refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions
Steep the tea in a hot water (85-90°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 20 seconds. Then do short steeps (3-5 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
