Georgian natural white tea, four days withering. During first day was processed partially vacuum fermented (to increase the amount of GABA acid). Tetri Knuti in Georgian means "White Kitty", this tea has this name just out of fun and make a honor to one beautiful lady, who loves white tea. Two and three leaf + one bud material. Technology was developed by Sergey Shevelev during summer 2024 experiments on the factory (SH marker). Handcrafted in Ozurgeti, Georgia.
