In appearance: 350 g teacake of medium density, broken effortlessly with fingers into thin, twisted, brown leaves and buds. The aroma is mature, balsamic. The infusion is transparent with reddish chestnut shade.

The bouquet of brewed tea is mature and complex, balsamic, with notes of autumn leaves, dried fruits, wood resins, oak moss, wet earth, spicy herbs and citrus. The aroma is deep, viscous, multifaceted. The taste is rich and soft, slightly astringent, with sweetness of dried fruits, refreshing lemon acidity and lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.
