Shu Puer "Wu Ji" ("Fifth Grade") was made in Luo tea farm (Menghai County) in 2019.
In appearance: medium-sized, twisted, brown flagella of twisted leaves and its fragments, cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody. The infusion is dark brown.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, woody, with notes of bread, autumn fall, vegetable and nut. The aroma is warm, woody. The taste is soft and velvety, slightly tart, with a slight bitterness and nuances of spices.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 7-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6 times.
"Luo Wu Ji" is a good choice for daily tea breaks.
