Gongting Xiao Chabing, Moychay (Harvest 2019, pressed in 2023) 50g


A 50-gram tea cake of medium density, effortlessly separates into small, brown, curled leaves and red buds. The aroma is restrained, nutty and fruity. The infusion is slightly cloudy, chestnut in color.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, nutty and bready, with earthy, fruity and woody notes. The aroma is warm, complex, nutty-balsamic. The taste is dense, velvety, sweetish, with a slight bitterness of cocoa beans and sourness of dry berries.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 20 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 2-3 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 7 times.

"Gongting xiao chabing" is a good choice as everyday tea. The effect is warming, soft tonic.
