In appearance: large, light, red-brown tea leaves with thin stems. The aroma is restrained, fruity and woody. The infusion is transparent, amber in color.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is multifaceted, fruity and spicy, with woody, honey, chocolate and citrus notes. The aroma is intense, deep and warm. The taste is dense, silky, sweetish, with nuances of spices, fruity sourness and a refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 20 seconds. After that do short steeps (5-10 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 7 times.
