This tea is produced using the GABA method, enhancing its natural sweetness and developing rich, complex flavors. Grown at an elevation of 1000m, it offers a delightful balance of sweetness, herbal undertones, and a buttery finish.

Gongfu Brewing

  • Temperature: 96°C
  • Tea-to-Water Ratio: 5–6g per 100ml
  • Steeping Process:
    1. First Infusion: Brew for 30 seconds.
    2. Subsequent Infusions: Add 10–15 seconds for each additional steeping.
