Fruity Cinnamon Oolong Tea
Fruity Cinnamon Oolong Tea is crafted from Huang Meigui and Rou Gui tea leaves, harvested from sustainable agriculture certified tea gardens in the southern foothills of the Wuyi Mountains, Fujian Province. These gardens, situated at an altitude of 600 meters, provide ideal conditions for producing high-quality oolong tea using traditional Wuyi rock tea (Yancha) techniques.
The tea is hand-picked during April and May, selecting three to four leaves per sprout. It is processed through a meticulous series of steps, including withering, oxidizing, fixation, rolling, drying, and refinement. The resulting tea features thick, tightly rolled leaves with a robust texture and appearance.
When brewed, this tea produces a bright, clear infusion with a rich floral and fruity aroma. Its flavor is smooth and full-bodied, combining the sweetness of fruit with the depth of roasted notes typical of Wuyi rock tea. The tea is highly durable and can be brewed for over eight infusions, revealing new layers of flavor with each steep.
