The apple tree is collected in the Tver region in 2018. Twisted on a roller and fermented at low temperature. The taste is tart, sweetish. Has a colorful, bright infusion. You can brew as a separate drink, and use as an additive to red tea, puer, or other herbs. It gives the aroma and mood of tea drinking in the apple orchard.
