White tea from North Brabant, harvested and processed following the Chinese technology of white tea. This tea can be compared to "Shoumei" white tea.
In appearance: large, greenish and purple-brown leaves with long cuttings. The aroma is restrained, floral-herbaceous with a fruity accent. The liquor is transparent, with a golden shade.
The bouquet of brewed tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with hints of fresh fruits and berries. The aroma is tender, fruity-floral. The taste is refined and soft, sweetish, with а delicate berry sourness, spicy nuances and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 20 seconds. After that do short steeps (5-10 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6 times.
