An immersive, hands-on creative experience in the heart of Amsterdam.
This lino printing workshop is a chance to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with your creativity.
Hosted in our warm and intimate Moychay Tea Club on Rozengracht, the setting itself invites you to pause. Each participant will be welcomed with a personal pot of high-quality loose leaf tea to enjoy throughout the session, selected to support a mindful, cozy atmosphere.
The workshop is hosted by Passiflora Cave, known for creating thoughtful, art-led experiences that gently blend creativity with reflection. You’ll be guided through the full lino printing process—from concept to sketch, carving, and printing—no prior experience needed.
Lino printing is a traditional printmaking technique where you carve a design into a soft linoleum surface, roll ink over it, and press it onto paper. It’s a slow, hands-on process that invites patience and presence—perfectly suited to the reflective mood of early spring. As nature begins to bloom outwardly, this workshop encourages you to turn inward and translate your own seasonal shift into visual form. Whether abstract patterns or symbolic imagery, your print will carry your unique mark—honest, expressive, and imperfect in the most beautiful way.
You’ll leave with your own carved lino stamp and a small collection of prints to frame, gift, or use for further projects. Themes such as renewal, balance, or inner landscapes may be introduced to guide your creative process and deepen the experience.
