Join us for a unique culinary experience where tea becomes part of the dish itself — not just what’s in the cup.

 

In this session, we’ll explore how to use tea as a cooking ingredient, preparing prawns infused with bold, aromatic teas like Lapsang Souchong and selected green teas from the Moychay collection. The dish will take shape collectively — possibly into noodles, spring rolls, or another simple, seasonal format inspired by Asian flavors and the teas we explore.

 

The experience begins with the shared process of cooking. We’ll end by gathering around the table to eat, connect, and share what we’ve created together.
