This spring, join us for a slow and creative afternoon where cakes become canvases and tea brings everyone together. Bloom & Bake is a bento cake decorating workshop paired with tea tasting—designed for anyone who loves making things by hand, sharing cozy moments, and trying something new.
You’ll learn how to decorate your own bento cake—a small, round cake that’s perfect as a gift or personal treat. We’ll guide you through the basics of piping, layering, and bringing your ideas to life—whether that’s something cute and playful, floral and soft, or clean and minimal. It’s completely up to you.
Flavors to choose from:
• Red Velvet Raspberry Cream Cheese – Rich and tangy with berry notes
• Ferrero – Deep chocolate, hazelnuts, and creamy layers
• Vanilla Caramel Banana – Light, sweet, and comforting
t the end, we’ll carefully box your cake so you can take it home—or gift it to someone special. You’ll also receive a printed flyer with the full recipe for the sponge, cream, and filling, so you can recreate the experience in your own kitchen. While you decorate, you’ll also be sipping on premium loose-leaf teas at Moychay Nederland—Amsterdam’s hidden gem for tea lovers.
You’ll get your own teapot and can try different types of tea, brewed the slow way. Expect a mix of floral, roasted, and earthy flavors—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. There will also be a few sweet snacks (some with an Easter twist) to enjoy alongside your tea.
