We were extremely lucky to visit our friend’s farm just in the middle of harvesting and tea making season. Huoshan is a wonderful place where world-known Yin Zhen and Huang Ya yellow teas are made. We tasted the tea, visited the factory, the plantations, participated in the harvesting process, had a look at how it’s made and visited a fantastic national park, where we had a chance to see the beauty of the local nature. It was a truly fascinating adventure and we’re happy to share our experience with you.
