This tea, named for its resemblance to a sparrow’s tongue, is crafted from the premium Longjing #43 cultivar. While originally developed in Zhejiang Province (home of the famous Longjing), it’s now produced in Guizhou using classic Longjing-style processing.

Jin Bailong GABA Oolong
Smooth, mellow, and naturally calming. This Fujian GABA oolong is made from the Jin Xuan cultivar, originally from Taiwan and introduced to mainland China in 1995. Hand-harvested each spring (April 28, 2024), using the one-bud-three-leaves standard.
