For centuries, tea and meditation have travelled hand in hand, offering calm and clarity to monks, philosophers, and seekers of inner peace. From Buddhist temples in China to cozy tearooms in the West, tea has been a ritual for grounding, focus, and harmony.
We invite you to join this tradition and create your own moment of calm. Together, we’ll taste and sip tea mindfully, sit in shared silence, and explore the gentle peace these ancient practices bring.
Through the simplicity of tea and meditation, we’ll connect with our senses, ground
ourselves, and embrace the present moment.
The event will be hosted by Daniel, a tea guide in Moychay with a background in Vipassana meditation.
Daniels says:
"I’ve always been drawn to tea for its ability to bring people together and create moments of stillness. I’m excited to share this practice of tea and meditation to help connect with ourselves and others. My intention is to create a space where we can slow down, ground ourselves, and deepen our connection to the present moment through tea."
What to Bring:
Please bring a meditation cushion if you have one, wear comfortable clothing, and come with an open mind. This session includes a guided tea meditation and a tea ceremony.
