«Shenshan Xiao Bai Cha» was made in Fujian Province in early spring of 2023 from the first flashes of Xiaobai variety.
In appearance: light, emerald green leaves with thin stems and silvery buds. The fragrance is intensive, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a golden-green shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with berry hints. The fragrance is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is dense and smooth, sweetish, with a refined berry sourness and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps, increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 5 times.
