Dark tea «Mao Jian» («Hairy Peaks») from Luan (Anhui province) harvest 2019.
In appearance: medium-sized, dark brown flagella of tea leaves, their fragments and cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody with a hint of baked chestnuts. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of yellow ocher.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid, fruity-and-woody with notes of baked chestnuts and autumn forest. The aroma is deep, fruity-and-woody. The taste is juicy, slightly tart, sweetish, with fruity sourness and refreshing aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.
Dark tea «Mao Jian Luan Heicha» is a good choice for everyday tea breaks.
