Pu-erh «Pu-erh, Tor & Co» comes from Menghai County and was harvested in 2017.
Brewing method
Brew the tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short infusions (just for 1 second) increasing the infusion time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can infuse the tea up to approximately 9 times.
