Dark tea «Gong Jian» («Royal peaks») from Luan (Anhui province) harvest 2019.
In appearance: medium-sized, dark brown flagella of tea leaves, its fragments and thin cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody-and-fruity with a hint of hay. The liquor is transparent, with a yellow ocher shade.
The bouquet of the brewed tea is woody-and-spicy with notes of autumn forest, baked chestnut and fruits. The aroma is rich, woody with a fruity accent. The taste is full-bodied and vivid, a bit tart, sweetish, with fine fruity sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (90-95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times.
Dark tea «Gong Jian» is a good choice for daily tea breaks. It contains a high potential for storage and development.
