General information

The fully “Gaba White Tea” was made in Yongde County (Northwest of Yunnan Province).

Brewing method

Brew the tea in hot water (60-70°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first infusion is about 15 seconds. After that, starting with an infusing time of 5 seconds and increasing the infusion time to 2 minutes. You can infuse the tea up to approximately 9 times.
