In appearance: large, brown-green leaves and silvery buds with thin cuttings. The fragrance is restrained, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of brewed tea is fresh, floral with notes of spicy herbs. The aroma is tender, berry-floral. The taste is refined and soft, sweetish, with mint coolness, refreshing berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6-7 times.
