This tea presents large, silvery-brown, curved buds with delicate stems. The aroma is intense, with spicy and floral notes. The infusion is clear and displays a grape-yellow hue.
The brewed tea offers a fresh and floral-herbaceous bouquet, enriched with balsamic, mint, and berry notes. The aroma is complex, blending berry and floral tones. The taste is dense, soft, and slightly oily, featuring a refined berry tartness, hints of spices, and a lingering lemon-mint finish.
To brew, steep in hot water (90-92°C) using a gaiwan or a porous clay teapot. Use 6 grams per 100 ml. Start with a 15-second steep, followed by brief infusions of 5-7 seconds, gradually increasing the steeping time as needed. This tea can be steeped up to 10 times.
