Sheng Puer «Youngde Teng Ji Cha» made in 2019 in Youngde County, Yunnan province. The first spring shoots of Teng Ji Cha tea trees were used as raw materials.
In appearance: large, olive-green flagella twisted leaves. The fragrance is restrained, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light shade of grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and vivid, herbaceous with floral, nutty and woody hints. The fragrance is tender, nutty-herbaceous. The taste is refined and full-bodied, soft and sweet, buttery, umami, with a fine woody tartness and light spicy nuances. The finish is juicy and sweet, very stable.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С, the lower the temperature, the softer the taste) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 12 times.
«Youngde Teng Ji Cha» is an excellent sheng from large trees with a refined, mild flavor and a powerful, meditative effect.
