Sheng Puer «Youngde Gushu Cha» made in 2021 in Youngde County, Yunnan province. The first spring shoots of ancient tea trees were used as raw materials.
In appearance: large, olive-brown, flagella twisted leaves with long cuttings. The fragrance is restrained, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light shade of grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous with nutty and mushroom hints. The fragrance is tender, herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied, soft and buttery, umami, with a fine woody astringency, spicy nuances, and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С, the lower the temperature, the softer the taste) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 10 times.
«Youngde Gushu Cha» is an excellent sheng from large trees with a mild flavor and a powerful effect.
