Our Culry Green is a Maofeng Autumn Green Tea, harvested in the remote Northern Guizhou Province, China.
This tea offers clean and refreshing flavors, highlighted by distinctive vegetal and marine notes of spinach and seaweed. It features a balanced profile with a subtle sweetness and a gentle aroma.
Upon brewing, the small, tender leaves reveal a yellowish-green hue. Delicate and light, these leaves often exhibit small holes, a testament to the ecological farming methods used. Such natural markings are indicative of organic or natural tea production.
This tea is remarkably forgiving, making it easy to brew to perfection. For the best experience, we recommend brewing at 80°C. However, slightly higher temperatures and longer brewing times can produce a stronger, more intense flavor without bitterness.
