Tie Guanyin Huaxiang was made in November 2024 (autumn harvest) in a small tea farm in Anxi county by qing xiang technology (light fermentation, moderate fire).
In appearance: small, bluish-green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is fresh, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, of light greenish-yellow color.
The ready-made tea has fresh floral-herbaceous bouquet with notes of melon and peach. The aroma is high, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and rich, sweetish, with fine berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of celadon or porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 9-10 times.
The impact is both relaxing and refreshing, cheering.
