«Longjing Tu Cha» was made in Zhejiang Province in early spring of 2023.
In appearance: medium-sized, flat, pistachio green tips. The fragrance is intensive, nutty-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a golden-green shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with nutty note. The fragrance is rich, floral-herbaceous. The taste is dense and smooth, oily, sweetish, with a refined tartness of grape skins and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps, increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 5 times.
