Tie Guanyin Oolong made in the spring of 2024 using qingxiang technology (light fermentation, moderate heating).
In appearance: medium-sized, green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive and fresh, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light greenish-yellow shade.
The bouquet of the tea soup is fresh, floral-herbaceous with notes of lilac, vanilla and melon. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweet, with a fine fruity sourness, light spicy nuances and a fresh lingering finish.
Brew the tea with hot water (95-98°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of celadon or porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. After a first infusion of about 3-5 seconds do short flash-steeps, increasing brewing time for each subsequent attempt – to taste. This tea may be infused up to 10 times.
Tie Guanyin oolong is a good choice to relieve fatigue and psychological stress, revive the mind and refresh perception.
