Hei Chu Hao is a green tea from Guangxi province.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid, herbaceous with notes of fresh berries and baked chestnuts. The fragrance is high, herbaceous with currant accent. The taste is strong, full-bodied, sweetish, juicy tart, with berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-90°С) in a gaiwan or in a porcelain teapot. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 6-7 times.
