Spring harvest 2021.
In appearance: medium-sized, silvery-green tea tips. The aroma is restrained, with notes of hay and meadow flowers. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous, with hints of raspberry, mint and black pepper. The aroma is delicate, floral-berry. The taste is refined and sappy, sweetish, multifaceted, with refreshing berry sourness, nuances of spices and juicy finish.
Brew tea with hot water (85-90°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15-20 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
