As the weather cools and the days grow shorter, it’s the perfect time to create something warm, comforting, and a little bit special.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to turn loose-leaf teas into delicious, seasonal tea lattes — using oat milk, spices, and traditional brewing techniques.

Together, we’ll prepare and taste:

🍂 Lightly roasted oolong lattes with nutty, toasty depth

🍂 Aged white tea or black tea latte with autumn spice notes

🍂 Floral or earthy green tea latte for a gentle lift

🍂 And a custom blend option from the Moychay archive

You’ll learn how to balance flavors, froth milk properly, and build your own signature autumn-inspired tea latte — all while sipping and sharing in good company.
