This Saturday we explore the art of Turkish tea — how to brew a nostalgic, full-bodied cup in the traditional çaydanlık (double teapot).
We’ll learn the rhythm of slow boiling and gentle pouring, and then experiment by blending Georgian and Chinese teas in the same vessel — discovering new expressions of a timeless ritual.
The tea will be paired with classic Turkish sweets and nuts, creating a warm, familiar harmony of taste and memory.
