“Wudang Oolong Hong Cha” was made from spring shoots of the Oolong variety using red tea technology. Harvest 2023.
In appearance: small, thin flagella of dark brown tea buds. The fragrance is intensive, fruity. The liquor is transparent, with an amber color.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm, fruity-floral with woody and biscuit notes. The aroma is deep and warm, fruity-floral. The taste is full bodied, smooth and sweet, with a refined fruity sourness and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that starting with an exposure of 5-7 seconds and bringing the time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea 5 more times.
“Wudang Oolong Hong Cha” is an excellent choice for a relaxing evening tea.
