Black Tea Fujian Hong Oolong, Chinese tea from Fujian Province (Red Tea / Oolong hybrid)

In appearance: medium-sized dark brown flagella of leaves twisted along the axis. The fragrance is intensive, honey-floral. The liquor is transparent, with an amber color.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm, honey-floral with hints of dried fruit and biscuit. The aroma is tender, honey-floral. The taste is full bodied, smooth and sweet, with a refined fruity sourness and refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that starting with an exposure of 3-5 seconds and bringing the time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea 5 more times. 

“Fujian Hong Oolong” is an excellent choice for a relaxing evening tea.
