Yunnan accommodates lots of tea factories , suppliers , farmers. It’s difficult to find a high-quality Pu’er tea because it’s not so popular here . Thats why we’ve arranged a customized production of Shu Pu’er for us here. We’ve selected the raw material ourselves. We came to the Shu Pu’er tea workshop to show you the Pu’er tea production process. In this video you can see how the shu Pu’er is sorted into fractions of 4 grades. There are 3 stages of tea sorting. In the end there is always a manual sorting to ensure the quality of final product.
