«Dongding Gaba Sheng» is made in Lugu District (Nantou County) using vacuum fermentation technology in Fall 2020.
In appearance: large, brown, twisted leaves with thin yellow cuttings. The aroma is intensive, fruity. The liquor is transparent, with a mahogany shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and multifaceted, fruity-floral, with spicy, candy and berry notes. The aroma is sweet, light and airy, candy. The taste is refined and smooth, buttery, sweet, with fruity sourness, spicy nuances and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (75-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.
