This tea brick brings together a selection of teas from Menghai, Yunnan Province, offering a dynamic and layered tea experience.
The Jingmai arbor raw Pu’er contributes bright floral notes and a refreshing character, while the other raw Pu’er teas from 2019 and 2023 add depth, structure, and a smooth earthiness. White tea enhances the blend with its delicate floral aromas and light sweetness, resulting in a balanced infusion with complexity and freshness.
Steep 8 grams of tea in a gaiwan or teapot with water at 95–98°C. Rinse briefly, then steep for 10 seconds for the first infusion, increasing the steeping time with subsequent brews to enjoy the blend’s evolving flavors.
