Infuse 2g of tea leaves per 100ml of filtered water at 80°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
Homemade Chai Latte
Instructions:
- Boil the tea mix: In a saucepan, bring 120 ml water to a simmer and 2 tsp or 10g Classic Chai Tea with Georgian & Assam Black Tea. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Add Milk & Sweetener: Pour in 25ml milk (cow or plant based) and honey, then heat gently without boiling. Stir in vanilla if using.
- Strain & Froth: Remove from heat, strain into a cup, and froth with a whisk or milk frother.
- Serve: Pour into a mug and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
