«Shuixian» («Narcissus»)was made in Yunlong tea farm (Wuyishan tea region, Fujian province).
In appearance: large, brown flagella of twisted leaves. The fragrance is deep, woody with a spicy accent. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm and multifaceted, woody with notes of nut cookies, flowers and dried fruits. The aroma is deep, spicy-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mild, sweetish, a bit astringent, with fine fruity acidity and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (90-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6 times.
The effect is warming, moderately tonic, in low concentration – relaxing.
