Aged Through Time: A Tasting of Various Tea
Join us for a slow and special evening where we’ll travel through seven to eight aged teas, brewed and served in Gong Fu style — working from younger, fresher profiles to deeper, more mature teas that have evolved beautifully over time.
This is a calm, guided tasting meant to explore how tea changes year by year, and what changes in a tea when it ages.

– A curated flight of aged teas (from young to old)
– Short stories about their origin, processing, and evolution
– A selection of bites and nuts to pair with the teas
– A warm, intimate atmosphere for reflection and quiet connection
The session will be done by 2 tea masters with each preparing four teas to guide you through the full arc of aged character — with space in between to sip, pause, and notice the details.
