The chaban is a white tea tray with a raised rim and finely patterned channels, including concentric wave motifs. Openings between the ribs let rinse water pass through, while the pale surface keeps teaware visually clear during a tea session.

Chaban is the Chinese tea tray used in gongfu preparation, where water warms cups, rinses leaves and keeps the working area organised. Its low rectangular form supports a teapot, gaiwan and cups, making pouring and serving feel orderly at the table.

Made in China, it has a smooth white finish and a regular relief pattern that emphasises the geometry of the drainage surface. The clean colour suits everyday tea ware; rinse away tea residue and wipe the tray dry after use.
