Tea & Chocolate — A Special Journey of Flavour Experience
An evening for those who love to discover where tea and chocolate can take you!
Join Sergey Shevelev, founder of Moychay and lifelong tea explorer, together with Rita, the artist and maker behind the award-winning Carambole bonbons atelier, for a special guided tasting exploring the fascinating world of tea & chocolate pairing.
Sergey will present a carefully curated selection of exceptional loose-leaf teas, sourced through years of travel in tea-growing regions and brewed Gong Fu Cha style. Alongside them, Rita will bring together rare craft chocolates from different makers around the world and beautifully crafted Carambole bonbons.
Each pairing has been thoughtfully created to explore what happens when two very different flavours meet. Sometimes they complement each other, sometimes they contrast, and sometimes they transform into something entirely unexpected. From aromas and textures to temperature and intensity, every combination offers a new way of experiencing both tea and chocolate.
There are no strict rules — simply taste, experiment, change the order, and discover what you enjoy.
