A steady weekly practice to build foundation, awareness, and internal strength.

Each 1-hour session begins with preparing the body for practice: opening the joints, gently unblocking the channels, and activating the lower dantian — the body’s energetic center located in the lower abdomen. From there, we begin exploring silk reeling (Chan Si Gong) exercises and the first Lao Jia form, developing coordination, softness, structure, and internal connection.

Tai Chi is not about force. It is about alignment, breath, attention, and continuity of movement.

Over time, the practice builds stability, sensitivity, and calm focus.
Practical information • 6 lessons on Saturday, 10:00–11:00 (7, 14, 21, 28 March & 11, 18 April) • Please arrive 10 minutes early
• After the lesson, we share a tea ceremony to settle the practice and transition gently into the weekend
• Wear loose clothing
• Shoes with thin, flexible soles are recommended so you can feel the ground
