New Exclusive Tea Collection — Small Farms, Rare Finds, Limited Batches

February 16, 2026Anna Leona

At Moychay.nl, we are proud to introduce a new exclusive tea collection sourced directly from small farms and master producers in Fujian, China.

This collection brings together carefully selected oolongs, white teas, and rare experimental batches produced specially for Moychay. These are not mass-market teas. Many are made in limited quantities and may not return once sold out.

Direct From the Source

Each tea in this collection comes from producers we work with directly. The leaves are harvested, processed, and finished by experienced tea masters using traditional techniques adapted to each cultivar and season.

The result is excellence in flavor, structure in texture, and depth in aroma.

What You’ll Discover

This collection includes:

Bug-bitten oolongs
Naturally honeyed and fruit-forward, these teas develop their distinctive sweetness from the interaction between tea leaves and small leafhoppers. The transformation happens in the field — not in the factory.

Flower-scented teas
Elegant blends infused with jasmine, pomelo blossom, or gardenia. The floral notes are integrated through traditional scenting methods, not artificial flavoring.

White oolongs
Lightly oxidized, soft and refined, with a clean and luminous character.

Charcoal-roasted classics
Including Tie Guan Yin and traditional shu-style oolongs. Slow roasting over charcoal adds warmth, mineral depth, and long aftertaste.

Aged oolongs and GABA teas
Matured teas with rounded structure and developed sweetness, alongside GABA oolongs produced through controlled oxygen-free processing to naturally increase gamma-aminobutyric acid content.

Many of these teas are produced in small batches. Some are experimental lots made by producers testing new cultivars, oxidation styles, or roasting techniques.

Once they are gone, they may not be reproduced.

This collection reflects our ongoing work to bring serious tea culture to the Netherlands — with transparency, quality, and respect for origin.
