"Moychay Georgia Red Tea" is made from the spring shoots of tea bushes grown in Guria County.
In appearance: large, lengthwise twisted dark-brown leaves. The aroma is warm, fruity. The liquor is transparent, with a chestnut shade.
The brewed tea has warm, refined, fruity bouquet with hints of wood, berry and citrus. The aroma is intensive, warm, fruity-and-berry. The taste is rich and mellow, sweetish, with a delicious tartness, berry acidity, spicy nuances and refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that, you can steep the tea up to 5 times increasing exposure time.
